Vitamina C 1000 is a food supplement providing 1000 mg of vitamin C per daily dose. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin C is essential for the functioning of the whole organism. It performs a series of functions ranging from supporting the immune system which is affected by physical activity, to the formation of collagen and blood vessels weakened by trauma related to physical activity. Vitamin C also plays an important antioxidant role: during exercise, free radicals are produced which, if not countered, cause damage to muscle fibers and become risk factors for various diseases and aging.

Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bulking agent: cellulose, stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salt of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions: take take 1 tablet a day with water, preferably in the first part of the day.
