Gainer High Protein 2000 Grams

Gainer High Protein is a supplement capable of providing high dosages of macronutrients, with the addition of L-Glutamine, Creatine monohydrate, L-Arginine.

Gainer High Protein manages to provide for 100 grams of product:

• 29 grams of noble protene (chocolate flavor),
• 2.5 grams of L-Glutamine,
• 2.5 grams of creatine monohydrate,
• 2.5 grams of L-Arginine.

The protein component of Gainer High Protein consists of Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC). Whey protein or simply Whey Protein (WP) is the result of the processing of milk protein isolate, i.e. the liquid part that remains after the coagulation of the milk for the production of cheese.

Whey protein is made up of different protein fractions each of which has certain benefits. Generally whey proteins are a mixture of ß-lactoglobulins, a-lactalbumin, serum albumin, and other minor fractions

ß-lactoglobulins
This type of protein is the main whey protein in cow’s milk. In fact, it represents 60% of the whey protein of cow’s milk. The ß-lactoglobulins have a high nutritional value and denature and precipitate at high temperatures.

a-lactalbumin
This protein is present in excellent quantities in cow’s milk but lower than ß-lactoglobulins. The main feature of a-lactalbumin is that of being a regulatory protein of lactose syntease. It is more resistant to thermal denaturation than ß-lactoglobulins and has a high nutritional value.

Every 100 grams of Gainer High Protein, provides 2.5 grams of creatine monohydrate.

Finally Gainer High Protein provides 2.5 grams of L-Arginine for every 100 grams of product. Arginine is not one of the essential amino acids (those that the body is unable to produce) but its synthesis by the growing organism is not sufficient to cover its needs. For this reason, arginine is defined as a semi-essential amino acid. Arginine plays a fundamental role in the synthesis of creatine, therefore in the production of energy. Furthermore, arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide.
